Additionally, employers also suffer from the inability to find the right kind of people for their organizations. This creates a multi-faceted problem that needs an innovative solution, one which School of Leadership is capable of executing. Objective: The Employability Development Program looks to focus on students who are going to graduate soon, have recently graduated or are trainees elsewhere and educate them on a host of topics and equip them with the right skills that are essential in finding employment. Moreover EDP also aims to provide networking opportunities to the fellows of this programme with corporate and NGO managers.
