- Ability to independently manage design projects from inception to completion, including defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, gather requirements, present design solutions, and address feedback
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator for additional design tasks.

*Role Overview*
As our Senior Web Development Team Lead, you’ll bring expert technical skills and creative problem-solving abilities. You’ll manage the web team, ensure responsive and elastic web design principles, and contribute to complex projects with a focus on WordPress. This role is perfect for someone who is as comfortable coding as they are leading a talented team to deliver excellent results.

*Key Responsibilities*
- Lead web design and development projects across WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, and Squarespace
- Set standards for responsive, elastic, and adaptive design across all platforms
- Develop custom WordPress themes and functionalities, and customize Elementor-based designs
- Lead plugin customization for front-end and back-end enhancements
- Customize Shopify sites with a strong focus on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Tackle Webflow and Squarespace projects when needed, ensuring high quality and consistency
-Mentor, train, and oversee the web design and development team, fostering a culture of growth and excellence

*Requirements*
-5+ years or of web development experience, with at least 4 years in WordPress development, 3 years in Shopify
- Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Strong expertise in WordPress architecture, custom theme development, and plugin customization
- Proficiency with Elementor for fast and flexible site development
- Experience in Shopify, with the ability to adapt and customize themes and functionalities
- Familiarity with Webflow and Squarespace
- Proven experience leading a team, setting development standards, and guiding team learning
- Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach
