Job Description:

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing multiple IT projects simultaneously from initiation to closure. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects are completed within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.

Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects from start to finish, ensuring project objectives are met within the agreed-upon timeframe, budget, and scope.

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, including resource allocation, and track progress against these plans.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients, keeping them informed of project progress and any changes that may impact the project's scope, timeline, or budget.

Manage project risks, issues, and changes, identifying and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, quality assurance analysts, and business analysts, to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met.

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

Conduct project status meetings, provide regular project status reports, and document project progress and outcomes.

Foster a collaborative team environment, building strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field.

2+ years of experience managing IT projects.

Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Experience working in an Agile or Waterfall project management environment.

Proficiency in project management tools, such as Microsoft Project or Jira.
