Virtual Learning

Equity is a most needed ingredient to ensure that each and every pupil is comfortably sitting, working and participating in class. Class teacher should make it possible through his gestures and movements. Don’t discriminate students like intelligent or average minded. A teacher should deliver his/her lecture by sharing the references, visual aids and if needed by practical demonstration. Yet to achieve the purpose it needs to develop an environment where every pupil is feeling equally important to every other pupil sitting in classroom. Collabborative efforts of school management and teacher are needed to achieve the principle of equity.
