t deserving areas such as Chipursan valley where even today people don’t have telephone facility. It is such an area where communities live in harsh conditions be it the natural environment or the social condition. Noble Foundation is a timely call in a situation where the communities in Chipursan we well as in other remote areas such as Ishkomen and other rural areas of Gilgit Baltistan need services of such organizations. To this end, NF does not deny existence of other organization neither it is to replace any particular organization. Rather, we intend to provide a bridge between the various organizations and communities living in those far flung regions.
