The formal signing ceremony was held today at the SCO KIU Incubation Center, Gilgit, marking another important milestone in expanding access to practical, market-relevant digital skills for women and youth in the region.

Through SheRozgar, SheDev (the first-ever women-led tech company of Gilgit-Baltistan) will deliver structured, hands-on training programs, while SCO’s institutional support ensures access to high-quality learning spaces across GB.

This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to strengthening local opportunity pathways through skills, technology, and sustainable ecosystem development empowering the youth of Gilgit-Baltistan to thrive in the digital economy.
