Day 1 at PhilSME has been nothing short of meaningful for the MAZIV team.
Today was filled with conversations with entrepreneurs, business owners, dreamers, and builders from different industries — all carrying the same hunger to grow, improve, and create something greater than themselves.
From sharing stories about construction, business challenges, expansion plans, office spaces, and future dreams, to simply exchanging ideas and energy with fellow entrepreneurs, today reminded us why we started MAZIV in the first place.
What started as a small vision years ago continues to open doors to rooms we once only prayed to be part of.
Thank you to everyone who dropped by our booth, shared their stories, asked questions, and connected with us today. We’re excited for more conversations, more collaborations, and more opportunities to build alongside passionate people tomorrow.

Ito yung mga problemang:

Habang ongoing ang project:

* kuryente
* hauling

Kapag tumagal ang project:
* tumataas labor cost
* tumatagal rentals/equipment
* tumataas material pricing
👉 time itself becomes an expense.
7️⃣ POOR PLANNING
Ito ang pinaka expensive sa lahat.
Kapag kulang sa planning:
* maraming revisions
* maraming adjustments
* maraming unexpected expenses
At kadalasan…
👉 dito talaga nagsisimulang lumobo ang budget.
Sa dami ng projects na nahawakan namin,
paulit-ulit naming nakikita na ang mga budget problems…
hindi dahil kulang ang homeowners sa budget —
kundi dahil kulang ang preparation at planning bago magsimula.
