3. Arrival of shipment is within 1-2 days Metro Manila and 3-4 days Province. Please keep in mind that shipment maybe delayed due to the weather, and other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Inrichness Sweetness will not be held liable to any loss or damage of your item(s) during the transit for we make sure that all the items was in good condition before we hand it over to the Courier.

Once the package has been brought to the courier service, Inrichness Sweetness has no power over when the package is going to be delivered. It all depends on the courier service. Usually the shipping is 1-2 working days. Inrichness sweetnes is not liable for any loss or damages that may occur during the shipping process.

10. DAMAGES to the item/s due to local courier handling and customer use is not within Inrichness sweetness responsibility and is therefore not applicable for exchange.
