We write this statement with great concern and regret to inform you of an unfortunate incident that has recently come to our attention. It has been brought to our notice that a scammer has been fraudulently using our unit pictures to deceive individuals within our community.

We want to clarify that neither our official page nor any of our authorized representatives have been involved in any such fraudulent activities. We strictly condemn such deceptive practices and want to assure all our customers that we are taking this matter very seriously.

A blotter has been filed with the local law enforcement authorities as an initiative into this matter.

At BCycle PH, we take pride in our commitment to transparency, honesty, and ethical business practices. The trust our customers place in us is of utmost importance, and we are deeply saddened by the actions of these scammers who have exploited that trust.
