But just like a plant that finds a way to grow even in the smallest or toughest space, we also have that same strength within us. Luvss, u may not have control over where u started, but u always have a choice in how u continue. Growth not about perfect conditions, it’s about showing up, healing, and choosing to become better despite everything. So if u feel stuck right now, remember: u’re not trapped, u’re planted. And u’re still growing.

remind urself today: i survived the days i thought i couldn’t

Sometimes it feels like u’re just lost in a long road with no clear direction, like everybody else got it figured out while u’re just trying to get through the day. but being lost doesn’t mean u’re failing, it just means u’re still growing even if u can’t see it yet.

even the strongest people have days where they feel unsure, where everything feels heavy and confusing. and that’s okay. u don’t need to have everything figured out right now. u’re not behind, u’re just on ur own timing.

life is not a straight line, it’s messy, it changes, it pauses, it restarts. and even on days where u feel like u’re stuck, u’re still moving forward in your own way.

so if today feels a bit too much, just take it slow. breathe. u’re still here, still trying, still becoming someone stronger than yesterday. and honestly, u’re doing better than u think.
