Twenty years ago based on historical data, I assumed 1 cm of elevation to be added per year in flood water clearance, for example you want a 70 year period for your residence not to be inundated with flood water then you need to raise it by 70 centimeters. Now based on fast rising sea water I need to assumed 2 cm per year so your residence will be safe from flooding.
