Schedules to adjust.
Responsibilities to finish.
Distance to consider.
Days when we feel tired or spiritually dry.

But these realities also remind us why Household matters. No one is meant to journey alone. In CFC, we are reminded that “In the One, We Are One”—united in Christ, strengthened by community, and connected as one family in faith.

We sometimes think faith requires us to rise above our emotions and act only on belief. Other times, we let emotions take over, thinking they define us.

But emotions are neither our enemies nor our masters. They are God’s gift, shaping how we encounter Him. When rightly ordered, they help us rejoice in what is true, good, and pleasing in our Father’s eyes.

As we grow in faith, our emotions serve a greater purpose: deepening our response to God’s grace and helping us recognize the work of the Holy Spirit in our lives.

• Let every prayer start in His name

• Christ is present in the Eucharist
• Acknowledge Him, even in passing
• Turn your heart toward Him

✝️ WHEN YOU HEAR A SIREN
• Someone needs help
• Offer a quick prayer for mercy
• Intercede, even without knowing who

✝️ WHEN PASSING A CEMETERY
• Remember the souls who have gone before you
• Pray for the departed
• Reflect on eternity

✝️ WHEN YOU SEE AN ACCIDENT
• Life is fragile
• Pray for protection and healing
• Entrust them to God’s mercy

• It is in how you respond to small ones
