Alpha Kappa Rho – Tarlac State University Chapter and Tarlac Skeptron Alumni Association acknowledges with respect the passing of our brother, Col. Ferdinand B. Lacadin PA (Ret). He served his country and our fraternity with dedication and professionalism.

We joined together to honor his life and service. His contributions to both the military and our brotherhood will be remembered.
