Job Title: Accounting Officer (Part-time/Full-time)

We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Accounting Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting and will be responsible for maintaining financial records, performing basic accounting tasks, and supporting the finance team as needed.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records using accounting software
Prepare and process invoices and purchase orders
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other compliance documents
Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders as needed
Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1 to 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work asap, either part-time or full-time
