𝐒𝐅𝐏𝐒 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥

St. Francis Parochial School conducted an earthquake and fire drill on July 10, 2026, with the participation of students, teaching staff, and non-teaching staff to strengthen disaster preparedness.

The activity included an earthquake drill, a fire drill, and a bucket relay facilitated by the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Talisay. Participants practiced proper evacuation procedures and learned basic firefighting skills to improve their readiness during emergencies.

The St. Francis Parochial School DLC Band participated in the opening of the Dalaw Patron on July 5, 2026, by providing musical accompaniment during the Traslasyon.

The band accompanied the solemn procession as the image of St. Francis was carried throughout the event. The procession concluded with the image being returned to the Saint Francis Parish of Assisi, marking the official opening of the Dalaw Patron.

July 4, 2026 – Selected students from St. Francis Parochial School joined the celebration of the International Day of Cooperatives held at the Audio Visual Room.

Carrying the theme "Commitment," the event reminded students of the importance of working together, being responsible, and remaining committed to helping others. Ms. Loina Mae W. Salamero served as the guest speaker and encouraged the participants to practice commitment both in school and in their daily lives.

The activity was made possible through the initiative of Mrs. Marisol A. Weber, who gave selected students the opportunity to learn more about the role of cooperatives in building stronger and more united communities.

𝙇𝙊𝙊𝙆 | 𝙎𝙁𝙋𝙎 𝙃𝙤𝙡𝙙𝙨 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙁𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙈𝙖𝙨𝙨

St. Francis Parochial School, Inc. gathered as one community for its First-Friday Holy Mass celebrated at St. Francis of Assisi Parish on July 3, 2026.

Students, teachers, staff, and school administrators came together in prayer, reflecting the school's commitment to nurturing both faith and learning.

In his homily, Rev. Fr. Don Julius Romero spoke about the importance of holding on to faith, especially during moments of doubt. Drawing from the Gospel, he reflected on the story of the Apostle Thomas, who struggled to believe in Jesus' Resurrection until he saw Him with his own eyes. Jesus responded with compassion, inviting Thomas to touch His wounds. Moved by this encounter, Thomas declared, "My Lord and my God!"

Rev. Fr. Romero reminded the congregation that experiencing doubt is part of being human. However, rather than allowing uncertainty to weaken one's faith, he encouraged everyone to let it become an opportunity to seek God more deeply. He emphasized that, like Thomas, Christians are called to trust in Jesus even without seeing Him and to remain steadfast in their faith.

The Mass concluded with a meaningful reminder for the school community to live as witnesses of Christ by reflecting His love, kindness, and teachings in their words and actions each day.

Tampok sa pagpupulong ang pag-uulat ni Mr. Pocholo Ailes, Ikalawang Pangulo ng GPTA 2025-2026, at ni Mrs. Amapen Balane, Tagapagbalita, hingil sa ulat pinansiyal sa mga naging gawain o proyekto sa Taong Panuruan 2025–2026.

Sinundan ito ng halalan ng mga bagong opisyal ng GPTA para sa kasalukuyang taon, at ang pagpapakilala sa mga dedikadong g**o ng paaralan.

𝗦𝗶𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗺 𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗸𝘀 2𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗶𝗻𝘆𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗻 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 2026 𝗗𝗿𝘂𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝘆𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲

The Silver Sanctum of St. Francis Parochial School, Inc. secured 2nd Runner Up in the Drum and Lyre Corps Parade during the Pinyasan Festival 2026.

In addition to its overall second-place finish, the band also received the awards for Best in Color Guards and Best in Lyre Section. These achievements were made possible through the dedication, hard work, and rigorous training of the members under the guidance of Mr. Jayson D. Quierra, DLC and C.A.T. Coordinator, and Mr. Francis John Moreno, the band's trainer.

As the band marched through the streets, its rhythmic performances, synchronized drumbeats, graceful baton twirls, and vibrant flag displays captivated the audience and left a lasting impression on spectators.

This accomplishment reflects the band's commitment to excellence and signifies the revival and continued growth of the SFPS Band spirit.
