GENERAL GUIDELINES;
•The Hermania Cup 2026 is exclusively open to legitimate residents of Brgy. Dos Hermanas, Talisay City, Negros Occidental.
•Each purok or hacienda is allowed to have one entry. Double entry will not be entertained.
•All athletes intending to participate must complete and submit a Registration Form to be officially considered as a registered player or team. Registration form is available at Barangay Dos Hermanas People’s Hall.
•The athletes or teams must submit a signed copy of Memorandum of Agreement (MOA). A NO MOA, NO PLAY policy will be strictly enforced.
•Screening of players and finalization of entries will be on May 17, 2026, Sunday, 3:00 PM at Barangay Dos Hermanas People’s Hall. The players must bring any Valid ID or Birth Certificate that includes their Birth Date and proves their residency.
