While both are essential for success, there are some key differences between a starter and a finisher. A starter is content with a basic understanding of a topic and will learn from mistakes. A finisher, on the other hand, is insatiable in their need to perfect every detail. Because of this, a starter may feel rushed or frustrated with their slow progress. A finisher may feel as if the project is unfinished until a finisher succeeds.
