Once you've settled the exam, it’s time to get your details in the system.

𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟑: 𝐒𝐮𝐛𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 📂
Gather your documents! You will need to submit two sets of requirements:
1. Program Requirements (Submit to your specific Program):
-Grade 12 Report Card/Form 137 (Photocopy)
-PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
-Drug Test Result (DOH accredited lab)
-1x Long Brown Envelope & 1x Long Folder
-1x 2x2 Picture (Name & Course at the back)

Note: BS Criminology applicants have additional medical and clearance requirements (see image for full list).

2. Registrar Requirements (Submit to the Registrar's Office):
-TPC Entrance Exam Result
-Original copies of: Report Card, PSA Birth Certificate, and Good Moral Certificate
-1x Long Brown Envelope, 1x Long Folder, and 1x 2x2 Picture

The Young Farmers Challenge (YFC) Program, primarily run by the Philippines' Department of Agriculture (DA), is a competitive grant program empowering youth (ages 18-30) to start or scale innovative agri-fishery businesses by providing financial assistance, mentorship, and a platform to showcase their potential, aiming to modernize agriculture and boost food security. Awardees receive grants for capital, guidance through business model development, and recognition for profitable, forward-thinking agricultural ventures.

Talibon Polytechnic College joins this competition and won the Regional level and will represent the whole Region 7 for the National Competition.

Congratulations to the BS-Agriculture program under the leasdership of Dioscoro A. Avergonzado-Dean, Paume Garcia Macariola-Program Chair, Emmanuel Auguis-Adviser to the faculty and staff.
