Qualifications
Preferably resides in Talavera, Nueva Ecija or nearby areas.
Graduate of any business-related, marketing, education, or other relevant course (college undergraduate applicants with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply).
Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or admissions is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented.
Proficient in using Facebook, Messenger, and other social media platforms for marketing.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
Can work independently and as part of a team.
Organized, responsible, and goal-oriented.

Key Responsibilities
Promote the tutorial center's programs and services.
Help achieve enrollment and marketing targets.
Perform other administrative and marketing tasks as assigned.

Sir Wacky’s Online Tutorial is looking for a dedicated, organized, and results-driven Recruitment Officer who will be responsible for the hiring, screening, and onboarding of online Math tutors.

Qualifications:
✅ Preferably a Math major graduate or a licensed Math teacher
✅ Skilled in the recruitment and selection of online Math tutors
✅ Has good communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Computer literate
✅ Must own a personal laptop
✅ Preferably residing in Talavera, Nueva Ecija

Main Responsibilities:
• Source and recruit qualified online Math tutors
• Conduct screening and initial evaluations of applicants
• Facilitate the hiring and onboarding process of newly hired tutors
• Coordinate with management regarding recruitment needs and staffing requirements
