Our programs use the experiential learning model to engage participants to be actively involved in the learning process by a balanced combination of physical, emotional and mental challenges at ground level and rising up to 50 feet in the air! By combining outdoor structured learning exercises, discussions and debriefings, activity program flows are designed to assess their own (individual and team) performance in the spirit of continuous improvement and to stimulate teamwork, communication, strategic planning, problem-solving and leadership skills. At the conclusion of each challenge activity, team members are encouraged to share their experiences, explore insights and discuss possible ways they could apply such learning to the workplace, community, and their lives.
