Ensuring Safe Water for All! π§ ITDI-Standards and Testing Division Successfully Completed DOH-HFSRB Site Inspection
Excellence is not a one-time act, but a continuous standard! π
The ITDI-Standards and Testing Division proudly marks another milestone after completing its on-site external assessment on 20 May 2026, for the renewal of its accreditation as an authorized Drinking Water Testing Laboratory.
The assessment team from the Department of Health - Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau (DOH-HFSRB) evaluated the facility's rigid compliance with DOH Administrative Order No. 2020-0031. Our physical plant layout, personnel competence, operational protocols, and data safety were thoroughly reviewed across physical, chemical, and microbiological streams to ensure the highest level of laboratory integrity.
Special thanks to the HFSRB inspection panel for their rigorous and fair evaluation:
πΉ Dr. Crystal Iris Desiderio (Medical Officer III)
πΉ Engr. Avelino Altura Jr. (Engineer III)
πΉ Mr. Fiel Luis Dela Cruz (Medical Technologist III)
With this successful evaluation, DOST ITDI continues to stand as a trusted pillar quality testing and public safety in the country. Let's keep moving forward!
Congratulations to both the teams from the biological and chemistry laboratories!
