We’re currently looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives who thrive in fast-paced remote environments and know how to create meaningful customer interactions across phone, email, text, and live chat.

💼 What you’ll be doing:
• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
• Providing support through email, SMS, and live chat
• Resolving customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Managing accurate customer information in CRM systems
• Building strong relationships with clients and customers
• Delivering solutions that strengthen customer satisfaction

✅ What we’re looking for:
• Strong English communication skills (American accent preferred)
• At least 2 years of customer service experience in a BPO setting
• Experience with CRM tools and customer support platforms
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work US business hours (night shift PH)
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
