# # # 📌 **Driver Requirements:**

* Valid Driver’s License (Front & Back)
* OR (Official Receipt – via LTO Portal)
* NBI or Police Clearance
* Barangay Clearance

# # # 🚦 **License Restrictions:**

* Restrictions 1, 2, 3 – for 6-wheel vehicles
* Restrictions 1, 2 – for 4-wheel vehicles

# # # 📄 **Vehicle Requirements:**

* OR (updated within the year)
* CR (Certificate of Registration)
* Driver’s License
* Barangay Clearance
* Deed of Sale (if second owner)
* Sales Invoice (if first owner)
* Authorization Letter (if borrowed vehicle)
