𝐋𝐀𝐁𝐁 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐜. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Property and Sales Supervisor to join our team for our flagship housing development project, LA LILIA LANDS, located in 𝑻𝒂𝒃𝒂𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒈, 𝑫𝒂𝒖𝒊𝒔, 𝑩𝒐𝒉𝒐𝒍.
🛠 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in property management, sales, or real estate development (2-5 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of real estate laws, tenant rights, and property management best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and tenants.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with property management software is a plus.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a commitment to customer service excellence.
