Aleco Substation - Tabaco

Tabaco substation serves as the main electrical distribution facility in The 1st district of albay, servicing 4 municipalities including 2 islands. it was taken/occupied illegaly by a private company named APEC last September 2013 by using local politicians to steal it to the member consumers. but the member consumers resisted, by the help of the Aleco's employees UNION, the facility was re-taken last January 2015.
