Kaliope is a wizard born from a selkie and a wizard, but that's just a what if? A selkie is a mythical creature from Northern Isles of Scotland and based on the folk lores, they can shapeshift from a seal to a human form, to roam freely on land. Although not much was discussed on Kaliope's background, he loves music that can attract merfolks and always on travel to play his music. Therefore i draw this pic, lols.
