In line with the implementation of projects under the Coconut Farmers and Industry Development Plan (CFIDP) of DTI Albay Provincial Office, a Marketing Trends and Techniques on Coconut Water Vinegar Processing Training was conducted last October 25, 2022 at Vista Garden, San Juan, Tabaco City. A total of 20 participants, which consisted of 16 coconut farmers from 10 Coconut Farmers' Organization (CFOs) and 4 coconut processors, were capacitated in marketing techniques and improvement of the production of their vinegar products using coconut water. The 20 participants are from the municipalities of Tiwi, Malinao, Bacacay, Sto. Domingo, Malilipot, and Tabaco City. Ms. Sibyl Ann Mari N. Eroy, a Science Research Specialist I from the Philippine Coconut Authority - Albay Research Center (PRC-ARC), was tapped as the resource speaker.
