Job Roles and responsibilities :
-Responsible for deliver and receive parcels in assigned area according to Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).
-Deliver parcels in perfect condition , not broken or damaged and on time
-Responsible for contacting customers to make an appointment for pick-up and delivery the parcels , manage customer payment
-Verify and check the receiving -delivering of parcels
