Position: Backhoe/Trailer Operator (1)

📌Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Backhoe/Trailer Operator
Must have a valid driver’s license (Codes 1238)
NC II / Operator Certification is an advantage
Knowledgeable in basic equipment maintenance
Physically fit and willing to work on site
Responsible, reliable, and safety-oriented

📌Job Responsibilities:
Operate backhoe and trailer truck safely and efficiently
Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance
Strictly follow company safety rules and work instructions
Assist in site operations as needed

🔹 Truck Scale Operator
Qualifications:

With experience in weighbridge/truck scale or logistics/warehouse (preferred)
Basic computer skills (MS Office, encoding)
Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and can work with minimal supervision

🔹 Electrical & Instrumentation Technician
Qualifications:
Graduate of Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related technical/vocational course
With experience as E&I Technician, preferably in industrial or power plant setting
Knowledge in electrical systems, control panels, and instrumentation devices
Willing to work on shifting schedules

🔹 Mechanical Maintenance Technician
Qualifications:
Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or related vocational/technical course
With experience in mechanical maintenance (industrial, power plant, or rice mill preferred)
Skilled in using mechanical tools; welding/fabrication is an advantage
Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance systems
