The Diocesan Shrine and Parish of Our Lady of Fatima, Urduja Village, Caloocan City, radiated with excitement and joyful thanksgiving on May 3, 2024, as they witnessed the next step of Br. Russel's spiritual journey, as he is now rightfully called Rev. Russel. Let us unite in heartfelt congratulations for Rev. Russel, as he embarks on this sacred path toward priesthood.
