Bachelor of Physical Education (BPED) 1A extends its warmest greetings and heartfelt salutations in honor of Dr. Pablo S. Crespo, as he concludes his remarkable service as the University President.
His leadership, wisdom, and dedication have greatly shaped the growth of the university and the lives of countless students. To many of us, he has been more than a president—he has been the best Tatay, a guiding figure who inspired us to strive for excellence and unity.
As first-year students, it is truly an honor for us to have witnessed his magnificent leadership, even if only for a short period of time. Yet within that short time, he has already left a remarkable memory of how a true leader guides, supports, and inspires his students.
BPED 1A proudly recognizes him as the best UA President, whose influence and dedication will continue to inspire generations to come.
Though he may be leaving his position, but his legacy will forever remain in the hearts of the University of Antique community—the KasUbAy! Thank you, Tatay Crespo—your legacy will forever live on in UA.

"RESISTANCE TRAINING SHAPES OUR ENDURANCE"
Bachelor of Physical Education (BPED) 1A performed a training that enhances their strength, coordination, and resistance at University of Antique (UA) TiripUnAn Hall this morning, March 10, 2026. Shoutout to all the BPED 1A students who are crushing it in their exercise routines!
Today, BPED 1A tackled a mix of strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises that left us feeling accomplished (and maybe a little sore, but that's just part of the course right?). From warm ups that makes our body ready, to squats that challenged our leg strength, to planks that tested our core stability, to cool down that gave us resting pace, each moment was filled with laughter, motivation, and team spirit. It's incredible to see everyone pushing their limits, encouraging one another, and embracing that "NO PAIN, NO GAIN" motto.
Let us not forget the importance of having fun while working out—whether it’s cheering on our classmates or sharing the goofy moments when someone loses balance, it’s these memories that make our fitness journey unforgettable. Here's to building strength together! Remember, every rep counts, and every drop of sweat is just a step closer to our goals. Exercising like it's my cardio for running away from my responsibilities! 🏃♂️💨 Who knew lifting my spirits could be this heavy?

COMPILATION OF THE WEEK: Bachelor of Physical Education (BPED) students survived the week filled with reportings, dance practices, and various physical and cognitive activities. Through commitment, coordination, and teamwork, they successfully managed every challenge that came their way.
Tired both physically and mentally, but LABAN LANG!
These activities helped the students develop not only their physical strength and skills but also their confidence, discipline, and critical thinking. Throughout the week, they learned that success requires perseverance, cooperation, and a positive mindset. Despite the exhaustion, they realized that hard work and determination always lead to growth and achievement.
