Fashion is a form of self-expression and autonomy at a particular period and place and in a specific context, of clothing, footwear, lifestyle, accessories, makeup, hairstyle, and body posture.Fashion is one of the most critical industries in our world today. Style has become one of the primary ways in which people express their personality and in which they distinguish themselves from those around them
Good appearance will be the good beginning. If our appearance is neat, clean, match, and fashionable with our style; we will be lucky, we have friends in everywhere, can do cooperation well, easy to get job, be successful person and also get achievement. If that all happen with us, we will look good by most people in around us. Whereas someone which has bad appearance with untidy clothes, long haired for boy, ripped pants, using tattoos, has appearance like a punk rock person; it will be assumed by people that he/she brings negative things such as using narcotic, shunned by friends and has poor communication with others.

What do we mean when we say the word sport?
Sport is an activity involving physical exertion and skill in which an individual or team competes against another or others for entertainment.There are many kinds of sport,like basketball, volleyball,badminton, and many more. As a matter of fact,it is part of people's life which becomes significant in our daily existence in this world.People tend to do the best that they can in order to satisfy themselves in terms of valuing the essence of sports.Sports and games are very beneficial to us as they teach us punctuality, patient, discipline, teamwork and dedication. Playing sports help us in building and improving confidence level. If we practice sports on regular basis, we can be more active and healthy. Being involved in the sports activities help us in getting protected with numerous diseases such as arthritis, obesity, obese, heart problems, diabetes, etc. It makes us more disciplined, patient, punctual, and courteous in life. It teaches us to go ahead in life by removing all the weaknesses. It makes us bold and gives the feeling of happiness by reducing the occurrence of anxiety and angry. It makes us physically fit and mentally comfort using which we can easily deal with all the problems.
A person experiences a good quality of breathing because of Sports. Sports strengthen the lungs of the body. Sports certainly escalate the lung capacity and efficiency of the body. Hence, more oxygen enters the blood which is extremely beneficial. Furthermore, there are fewer chances of developing lung diseases due to Sports.
