STEP-BY-STEP AIRPORT PROCESS BAGO SUMAKAY NG EROPLANO

Para sa mga first time flyer, lalo na sa mga paalis bilang OFW o seafarer, eto ang step-by-step guide para hindi ka kabahan o malito sa airport. ✈️

🧳 1. Arrival sa Airport (3–4 hours bago ang flight)

✅ Dumating ng maaga — lalo na kung international flight.
👉 Check mo agad ang flight number at airline counter sa monitor.
👉 Huwag kalimutan: passport, ticket, ID, at documents mo sa isang folder.

🧰 2. Check-in Counter

Dito ka magbibigay ng passport at ticket.
✈️ Staff will:
• Weigh your check-in baggage (max weight depende sa airline)
• Issue your boarding pass
• Put baggage tags sa mga maleta mo

💡 Tip: Lagyan ng name tag ang bawat bag mo!

🔍 3. Immigration Departure Area (International Flight)

Ihanda ang:
• Passport
• Boarding pass
• Seaman’s book / contract (kung seafarer ka)
• OEC or E-receipt (for OFWs)

👮‍♂️ Immigration Officer will ask questions like:
• “Where are you going?”
• “What’s your purpose of travel?”
• “How long will you stay?”

👉 Sagutin ng diretso at maayos.

💼 4. Security Checkpoint

Dito mo ilalagay sa scanner ang:
• Hand-carry baggage
• Electronics (laptop, phone)
• Jacket or belt (minsan pinapatanggal)

🚫 Bawal: liquids more than 100ml, sharp objects, lighter, etc.

☕ 5. Boarding Gate Area

✅ Hanapin sa boarding pass ang gate number mo (e.g. Gate 112).
✅ Pwede ka nang mag-relax, mag-charge, or kumain habang naghihintay.
🎧 Makinig sa boarding announcements — kapag tinawag ang flight mo, pumila agad.

🛩️ 6. Boarding the Plane

Ihanda ulit ang passport at boarding pass.
Sundin ang crew kung saan upuan mo (based on seat number).
🚫 Ilagay ang hand-carry sa overhead bin, seatbelt on, at phone sa airplane mode.
