Check out online at www.mrsgarcias.com.ph Beef Pochero Recipe Ingredients: * 900g Mrs Garcias Beef Osso Bucco (cut into chunks) * 1 onion minced * 5 cloves garlic minced * 1 tsp ground black pepper * 1 tbsp soy sauce * 1 tbsp dark soy sauce * 1 tsp sugar * 5 cups water (for boiling, add as needed) * 2 tbsp cooking oil * 3 ripe saba bananas * 1 carrots * 1 medium potatoes * 1/2 head cabbage * 1/2 bunch pechay (bok choy) * 1 cup green beans * 1 tomato sauce 115g * 1 tbsp tomato paste * 1 onion leaks Instructions: In a pan heat the oil and slightly fry the saba banana, carrots and potato Fry the Beef until slightly brown Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant and translucent Add the beef and tomato paste sauté for 5-10minutes.
