As a 𝘊𝘭𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘙𝘦𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 & 𝘈𝘥𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘚𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵 𝘚𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘵, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and internal processes. Your tasks will include:⁣
⁣
📋 Client Outreach: Making outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up with clients.⁣
📋 Administrative Excellence: Managing emails, calendars, and spreadsheets to keep operations organised.⁣
📋 CRM Management: Updating client records, tracking interactions, and ensuring data accuracy.⁣
📋 Support Tasks: Assisting with documentation, reporting, and other ad-hoc administrative duties.⁣

𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐖𝐡𝐨:⁣
⁣
✅ Resides in the Philippines and can commit to a night shift schedule (10 PM–6 AM).⁣
✅ Has excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).⁣
✅ Is tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and CRM systems.⁣
✅ Demonstrates strong organisational skills and attention to detail.⁣
✅ Can multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.⁣
