JTEN Environment Club

Maria Makiling is a well-known figure in Philippine folklore, believed to be a guardian spirit of Mount Makiling. She symbolizes nature's beauty and generosity, often associated with protecting the environment and helping those in need.

In celebration of this year's Literacy Week, the Environment Club proudly showcased Laguna's very own folklore in hopes to remind our fellow JTENites of the gifts of nature and that the responsibility to protect it is in our hands.
