Job Title: IT Support Engineer (Backup & Recovery / Desktop Support / SysAdmin)
We’re looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team. The role involves handling tickets, resolving issues, and escalating critical cases when needed. You will also handle customer calls, mostly Data Protection-related with occasional Desktop Support requests.
Responsibilities:
Triage tickets and resolve issues where possible
Escalate critical issues that cannot be resolved
Handle calls (primarily Data Protection-related, some Desktop Support)
Perform desktop support and system administration tasks
Support backup and recovery operations
Qualifications:
Strong technical background in Backup & Recovery
Experience in Desktop Support and System Administration
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle escalations effectively
Compensation & Schedule:
Salary: ₱60,000 – ₱100,000 per month (based on experience)
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Manila time
Workdays: 4 days a week, 10 hours per day
Breaks: 2 hours unpaid (1 hr lunch + two 30-min breaks)
