Attention to All Seafarers:
Crew change operations are temporarily suspended pursuant to DMW Advisory No. 09, Paragraph 3, Series of 2026. Accordingly, crew change activities shall not be conducted in conflict-affected areas, including ports and transit points within the Middle East and nearby regions with heightened security risks, as determined by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).

Licensed manning agencies and principals are advised to identify alternative safe ports and neutral transit hubs for crew embarkation and disembarkation in order to ensure the continued safety and welfare of Filipino seafarers.
