PYA Saliducon

Barangay Saliducon stands as the ancestral domain of the Bagobo-Tagabawa Tribe, which has nurtured the land since time immemorial. The name "Saliducon" originates from the Bagobo term "saliduk" signifying a spring of water, about the abundant fresh spring water present in the area, known as "uluhan" or "the main spring." The Indigenous community embodies resilience, embracing change while preserving their rich and meaningful traditions.

The Saliduk’ Festival embodies an era of abundance, cultural importance, fellowship, and principles. This event occupies a unique and significant position in paying tribute to the traditions of our ancestors, acknowledging the kindness shown to us, and honoring those who live together in harmony, motivating individual and collective improvement. It demonstrates successful administration and guidance, backed by our committed Barangay Officials.
