Today marks our 3rd Founding Anniversary!

Barangays (villages) all throughout the Philippines should have Barangay Reading Centers according to RA7743 (an Act Providing for the Establishment of Congressional, City and Municipal Libraries and Barangay Reading Centers throughout the Philippines Appropriating the Necessary Funds therefore and for other Purposes). Hence, this is where The ALIVErary Program is geared towards to. In furtherance, ALIVErary, founded in 2017, is an advocacy program that envisions a Philippines that recognizes the vital role of knowledge and information in nation-building by establishing a sustainable Barangay Reading Centers through community collaboration, public-private partnership and series of library services.
