A growing physiotherapy clinic in Australia is looking for a reliable, professional Virtual Receptionist to join their team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys client-facing work, takes pride in clear communication, and feels confident supporting patients in a healthcare setting.

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Excellent spoken and written English
✔️ Experience in reception, medical admin, or customer service
✔️ Friendly, confident, and professional phone manner
✔️ Strong organisation, time management, and problem-solving skills
✔️ Comfortable handling calls, emails, and admin tasks
✔️ Ability to build rapport with patients and stakeholders
✔️ Quiet home workspace and reliable high-speed internet
✔️ Availability during Sydney working hours (30–40 hours/week)

Highly preferred (but not required):
➕ Experience as a virtual or medical receptionist
➕ Familiarity with booking systems, calendars, email, or invoicing
➕ Experience with medical or practice management software
