Bajaj Breaks Free: The "Future in Motion" Launch at Alabang was Pure Energy

​I recently spent an evening at the Filinvest Tent in Alabang for the Bajaj "Future in Motion" event last February 26, 2026, and calling it a "motorcycle launch" would be an understatement. It felt more like a massive celebration of independence.

​From the moment I walked in, you could tell this wasn't the Bajaj we used to know. The venue was packed with familiar faces from the moto-media, vloggers, and the teams from Bajaj and TriMotors Technology Corporation. The vibe was high-octane from start to finish, dancers moving through laser light shows and a heavy-hitting performance by Kjwan that had the whole tent rocking.

​A New Chapter with TriMotors

​The biggest takeaway of the night is that Bajaj has officially moved on from its partnership with Kawasaki. They are now standing on their own feet with TriMotors as their official distributor. Seeing the executives from both Bajaj and TriMotors take the stage, you could feel their pride in this new "3S" (Sales, Service, and Spare Parts) commitment to the 80,000+ Ka-Bajaj riders already on our roads.

​The Drone Reveal

​The highlight for me? The reveal of the Dominar 400. Instead of just pulling off a silk sheet, they used a live FPV drone to track the bike’s entrance. Seeing the POV footage on the giant screens as the bike roared into the venue was a "future is here" moment that actually lived up to the event’s name.

​Big Bike Dreams, Pinoy-Friendly Prices

​What really struck me was how Bajaj is positioning itself to make "big biking" accessible. For a long time, expressway-legal bikes felt out of reach for many. But with the Dominar and the new Pulsar NS400Z, they are offering 400cc power at prices that actually make sense for the Filipino pocket.
