Eddy BANAT Almodovar receives an award of Recognition from Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) USec Florita R. Villar and Dir. Marcelo Nicomedes Castillo as the Publisher of the Weekly BANAT in acknowledgement of the indispensable support in the achievement of the DSWD’s Strategic Goals in implementing the Social Protection Programs of Field Office I during the agency’s 65th Anniversary Celebration at Hotel Ariana, Paringao, Bauang, La Union on February 12, 2016.
