𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
✅ Previous experience as a Dental Virtual Assistant, Medical VA, or similar role
✅ Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
✅ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
✅ High attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
✅ Dependable and proactive team player
✅ Patient-focused mindset with a friendly demeanor
✅ Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
✅ Comfortable handling outbound calls and communicating professionally with clients and customers over the phone
✅ Willingness to learn and adapt to clinic systems and workflows
