Why the rush? Today, slow down, pause, and reflect. Maundy Thursday commemorates the Last Supper of Jesus Christ with His disciples, where He washed their feet as a sign of humility, service, and love. It reminds us that true leadership and greatness are shown in acts of service and care for others.
FACTS: Maundy Thursday has been observed by Christians for over 1,500 years and is celebrated by Catholics, Protestants, and Orthodox Christians around the world. Traditions include foot-washing ceremonies, prayers, and reflection on the importance of humility and service in daily life. May we carry this lesson of selfless service in our hearts today.
