Held at the Salcedo Municipal Civic Center last August 30, 2025, the BASEYO Organization strongly participates not just only to listen but to shine and share some knowledge to to the fellow Youth, in a way of engaging in meaningful talks, breakout sessions, and fun activities through FUNNGARAM🎉.

Members of the Barangay Seguinon Youth Organization (BASEYO) actively participated in the preparation activities for the upcoming fiesta in Brgy. Seguinon, Salcedo Eastern Samar. Their teamwork and dedication exemplify the spirit of unity and volunteerism in ensuring the success of this meaningful community celebration.

In times like these, we gathered & realized that fiestas are not just about grand events. They are about people coming together giving time, sharing resources, and offering their presence to build stronger relationships and a deeper sense of belongingness.
