Warm welcome to the 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗡𝗨𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗘𝗩𝗔𝗟𝗨𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗠 for the Monitoring & Evaluation of Local Level Plan Implementation Protocol (MELLPI Pro).

A courtesy visit was conducted with Mayor Gard Montojo, OIC SB Cabo Faigao, and Municipal Health Officer Dra. Merly Valen Hernandez Mallorca.

Present during the monitoring were the Regional Nutrition Team composed of Keren Faye Gaya, Madelyn Altabano, and Diane Abegail Intal, together with the Provincial Health Office Nutrition Team — Estella Galindez, Edrilon Silanga, and Shyrose Mayuga.

LGU Romblon was recognized as the Provincial Outstanding Municipal Nutrition Committee during the 2026 Monitoring & Evaluation of Local Level Plan Implementation Protocol (MELLPI Pro). Likewise, Municipal Nutrition Action Officer Morena Rabino was adjudged as the Provincial Outstanding MNAO.

With these recognitions, LGU Romblon officially advances as a contender for the Regional Outstanding Award.

Congratulations to the entire LGU Romblon Nutrition Team and partners for the continued commitment in promoting nutrition and public health excellence.

Premarriage Counselling conducted at RHU Romblon for couples preparing for marriage. The activity focused on responsible parenthood, family planning, maternal and child health, communication, and strengthening family relationships as part of the requirements for marriage license application.

The counseling aims to guide soon-to-wed couples in building a healthy, responsible, and stable family life.

Successfully Conducted at Brgy. Capaclan ✨

A total of 23 young boys successfully underwent circumcision during the recently conducted Operation Tuli/Circumcision Program held at Brgy. Capaclan Covered Court.

This meaningful community initiative was sponsored by the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) of Capaclan, headed by Jeanmar Bernardo, in partnership with the RHU Romblon .

The activity aimed to promote proper health, hygiene, and wellness among the youth through accessible medical services within the community.
