‼️ ATTENTION ‼️

Resellers and other shops, we ask you to be wary of these kinds of buyers who enthusiastically shows interest on an item you are selling but will not actually buy it or pay on time. As it is stated in our Policies, Terms, and Conditions you must pay on or before your given Deadline of Payment. We will not be held accountable for your financial difficulties and other problems because we already stated that you must be 100% certain of buying your order before even placing or filling up an order form. For this particular customer's case she/he promised to pay her balance on October 29th but failed to comply, the next day we inform him that today is his deadline of payment we did not get any responses, emails, or even just a call. Day after we got a message na he will pay until 3pm because he was on work and was busy( he could've at least told us that he was busy at that time and it's not that hard to leave a short message 🤨). But still it is long overdue and not paying on time is not right and unfair to the other customers who payed on time despite of their difficulties. We waited until 3pm and one of our admins received a call saying that he's afraid to pay because he thinks he would be scammed by us so he requested a picture of a valid ID from one of our admins and we did send him a picture of a valid ID and then he confirmed it and said we'll just have to wait until 3PM. Deadline has passed and we received a message saying that Palawan has already closed and he couldn't pay on time because of him being busy at work, he even demanded us to move his deadline on Nov. 2 , change the mode of payment via COD, and said that it will be the last. (which is absolutely not right that is why we have a Deadline of Payment for every particular item, we already gave you a few conditions which is by the way very unfair to other customers who payed on time and yet none of these conditions have been met). This is a lesson that we sellers/shops should be wary of these kinds of buyers and do not tolerate them any further. I hope this will not happen to other shops and sellers and CUSTOMERS please comply to the shop's policies and never EVER do this to any shops and sellers out there please lang po. Listen customers we understand you're having such difficulties but we all are, so if you are not so certain of buying or ordering please do not even place an order to begin with kasi mahihirapan ang mga sellers magadjust. We will create a blacklist for these kind of buyers.
