Ngayong International Thyroid Awareness Week, bigyang-pansin ang kalusugan ng ating leeg. Ang maagang pagtuklas ay nagbibigay ng mas mataas na tiyansa upang mapagaling ang thyroid cancer.

Bilang bahagi ng ating healthy lifestyle, simulan natin ang wastong pag-aalaga sa pamamagitan ng:
1. Pagsuri sa leeg para sa anumang bukol, pamamaga, o hirap sa paglunok.
2. Pagkain ng mga pagkaing may iodine at selenium
3. Regular na check-up
4. Huwag balewalain ang mga senyales at komunsulta agad sa pinakamalapit na healthcare worker para sa tamang pagsusuri.
Dahil ang tamang nutrisyon at maagang pagtuklas ay susi sa mas malusog na bukas!

RIZALINA BRGY. HEALTH CENTER- now accredited as LEVEL 1 ADOLESCENT FRIENDLY HEALTH FACILITY 🫶

We are thrilled to announce that we have successfully met the requirements of the recent assessment and evaluation of the Level 1 Adolescent-Friendly Health Facility conducted by the Family Planning & Adolescent Health Development Program Provincial Coordinator Ma'am Elena Daarol and POPDEV Designate Maria Teresa Paquibot last May 13 & 14, 2026.

This remarkable milestone stands as a testament to the unwavering commitment, tireless efforts, and inspiring collaboration of everyone involved for our young adolescent.

Our sincerest appreciation goes to the ever-supportive and dedicated Barangay Officials headed by the Barangay Captain together with his brgy. Councilors, SK Chairman, BHWs, BNS, Human Resources for Health NDP Genevieve Joy Genita, Maam Vanniza Buntag , RHM II; Ma'am Maria Stella Ibabao - the Municipal AHDP coordinator and the supervision & guidance of Dr. Klyde Keenen Bingat and Dr. Yazmir Alrad Atong, Municipal Health Officer whose steadfast leadership, passion for service, and genuine concern to the Adolescent of the Municipality of Rizal made this achievement possible.

Together, we celebrate this meaningful victory for Municipality of Rizal—one that reflects hope, growth, and a brighter, healthier future for our youth.
