𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | 5th Sunday of Easter – Second Mass 2026

With hearts filled with joy and thanksgiving, the faithful gathered last Sunday, May 3, for the celebration of the Holy Mass on the 5th Sunday of Easter, presided by Rev. Fr. Reymar G. Olila during the First Mass. Through the celebration of the Eucharist, the community was reminded that the Church is not merely a structure, but a community of believers called the “Faithful,” united in Christ and sharing one mission of love and service.

In his homily, Fr. Olila emphasized the two groups that make up the faithful of the Church: the Sacred Ministers, who are ordained to lead and serve God’s people, and the Lay Faithful, who actively participate in the mission of the Church through their daily witness of faith, prayer, and service. He reminded everyone that despite having different roles and responsibilities, all are called to work together in building a stronger and more Christ-centered community.

May this meaningful celebration inspire us to continue living out our vocation faithfully and to become active members of the Church who reflect Christ’s love in our homes, community, and everyday lives.
